Lampley Accuser's Sexless Former Marriage

Candice Sanders might want to think twice about getting hitched -- or engaged -- again. Before the beauty queen was engaged to Jim Lampley, she was married to another man who she says was unable to have sex her.

TMZ first reported that Sanders, the 2003 Miss California USA, accused sportscaster Jim Lampley of repeatedly throwing her against a wall on New Year's Eve and had him arrested. Today, we've obtained court documents, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, that annulled the former Miss California USA's marriage to a Jehovah's Witness, Marlon Muller. Sanders claimed "there was fraud in [Muller's] representations of his ability to have children and participate in marital sexual relations," that Muller promised to give up "his practice of being a Jehovah's Witness" and that their "planned children would not be raised as a Jehovah's Witness." Apparently the court agreed and annulled the marriage after just six months.

Lampley, for his part, has denied Sanders' allegations, and hasn't acknowledged that he is (or was) engaged to Sanders.

1. First of all, as a person born and raised a Witness and also as a well traveled, educated, professional, adult woman...it is a complete fabrication that we do not have sex with our marriage mate if they are not one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

3. I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and that is completely untrue that we do not have sex in marriage. We follow Bible principles that you should wait until after marriage to have sex since the act is something sacred between a husband and wife. After you are married you can have all the sex you want. There were obviously other issues involved that were not disclosed.

5. Oh come on now. I was born and raised one of Jehovah's Witnesses. My husband was not a Witness when we married and trust me, we had sex.

8. One this whole thing regarding Jehovah Witnesses not having sex is just a lie, and regarding the ending of her marriage with Mr. Muller had more to do with things she had done, why won't somebody ask ms. Saunders what type of wife she was, and how she is just a plain GOLDIGGER!!!!,

14. Hi, I just wanted to say that my mom and step -dad are Jehovah's Witnesses and they have sex. They are just following what the bible says. The whole religion is based on the bible and what kind of Witnesses would they be if they didn't follow the bible's principals. I don't really want to be a Jehovah's Wtness, but some of you people that are writing comments on this sight don't even know what you're talking about.

15. NO one said that all JWs wouldn't have sex. She said HER husband would not have sex. Which happens in a fair percent of marriages for various reasons.
