Don Vito Collapses after Conviction

Don Vito has been found guilty of two counts of sexual assault on a child. He was acquitted on one count.

Vito, real name Vincent Margera, who is Bam Margera's outrageous uncle on MTV's "Viva La Bam," was accused of fondling three girls during a public appearance at a mall in a Denver suburb. The victims of the sexual assault were 12 and 13. After the verdict was read, Don collapsed to the floor and yelled, "Just kill me now!" Deputies restrained him -- and took his ass off to jail.

The crappy uncle still faces 12 felony counts for allegedly violating his bail; he was to have no contact with children under 18, and not consume drugs or alcohol, and was to provide detailed information on any business travel. The verdict on those counts is still pending. Vito will be sentenced on December 20.

181. Don Vito seems mentally unstable does anyone agree hello listen to him speak. Not only that but, why would any fan of the show say hi im 18 to a guy that is clearly old enough to be their father or grandfather. 185. Who in their right mind made this guy a MTV Star. He is an old, FAT, prevert. MTV should do background checks on these weirdo and if they continue to use them, they should be found guilty too. The only good thing is this freak is going to jail. Maybe they will "just kill him now".

186. I feel sorry for these guys because usually the same thing happened to them when they were children - so they are essentially victims as well. Whether it is a power thing or a sex thing, people need to remember that they should not start doing hurtful things to children just because they happened to you as well. Be a good guy and stop the cycle. An otherwise nice guy has now ruined his life and will forever be labeled a child molester because he could not resist. Everything good he has done in his life will now be forgotten.......
